  A really friendly environment! Staff are helpful and welcoming. I have a lot of knots in my back and they were able to get a lot of the big ones out. Would definitely recommend if you're in the Jax area.

  Great Beginning State of the art facility. I know the owners and was able to come during their training/soft opening. I got to try everything and loved it! First time doing red light therapy and I loved the hammam and ice plunge.
