Frequently Asked Questions
A red light therapy session is usually 15-20 minutes.
We recommend bringing a bathing suit or you can dress down to whatever your comfortable with. A robe will be provided for you when you start your session.
We allow rescheduling 48hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to notify us before this time window results in a cancellation fee.
We would love for you to bring someone with you. If you are on a membership plan you can add a guest for $20 for any Wellness Service. If you are on a Gotta Have it or Love it membership, you qualify to bring 4 guests a month with you for the entire day. Gotta Have It Members can bring a family member for any visit.
For Hammam, guests are not included and require you to purchase a couple package. If you are a member you will receive 10% – 30% off these services depending on your membership plan.
